Apartments - what we offer
Orlando
apartments are all situated in well planned developments
in the Kissimmee area which is as close as you can get
to the attractions. The Disney main entrance is just
about a 20 minute drive away. Shops and restaurants are
no more than a 5 minute drive.
On the Gulf Coast, our
apartments are in a number of small groups scattered
throughout Siesta Key. They are all within a few minutes
stroll of local beaches and 5-10 minutes drive to shops
and restaurants. Each apartment is comfortably furnished
and decorated and is fully equipped for a relaxing
holiday. There is a heatable swimming pool within a
short walk of each apartment as an alternative to the
turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
There is a choice of one
bedroom apartments which sleep up to four people and two
bedroom which will sleep up to six. With maximum
occupancy, additional sleeping is provided via a double
sleep sofa in the lounge area or two single rollaway
beds.

Spacious lounge with a
settee, coffee table, television and a dining area with

operated washers and driers are provided in a separate
washing facility on site
Bedrooms
Master bedroom with
double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. In two bedroom
apartments, the second bedroom will have double or twin
beds. In the lounge area there is a convertible double
sleep / sofa or two rollaway beds. All bed linen is
provided.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped
with shower, wash basin and WC. Bathroom towels are
provided.
Terrace / Pool area
Each group of apartments
shares a heatable swimming pool with sundeck and
loungers.
Rental Homes - what
we offer
Orlando homes are
situated in well planned developments in the Kissimmee

attractions. Around a 20 minute drive should get you to
Disney's main entrance.
The homes on the Gulf
Coast are situated in a number of residential
developments scattered throughout the areas of New Port
Richey / Hudson, Sarasota / Bradenton, Port Charlotte,
Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Naples and Marco Island. They
are within a 20-30 minute drive of local beaches and
5-10 minutes drive to shops and restaurants.
Each home is individually
owned and is furnished and decorated according to the
tastes of the owner so they have their own unique
appeal. They all have the same facilities and standards
of comfort though. Homes will sleep two people per
bedroom and are stocked with sufficient bed linen,
towels, cooking and eating utensils for the size of
party.

double or twin beds. Some may have a convertible double
sleep / sofa. All bed linen is provided.
Bathrooms
As well as the bathroom
for the master bedroom, there is a second bathroom with
shower, wash basin and WC. Bathroom towels are provided.
Terrace
Each home has its own
swimming pool with a furnished sun terrace.
